available for some reason, we will immediately notify you by email with the
anticipated ship date. You have the option to cancel your order should this
conflict with your needs.
There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship
subsequent to your initial shipment

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. Savoninks.com reserves the right, at any time after
receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of
your back ordered item. Your credit card will not be charged for the number of
products we ship or a refund will be applied for the products we could not ship
to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card
for items, which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges
will only equal your “Order Total” as reflected in your order confirmation. Savoninks.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Savoninks.com does accept orders from most countries outside the United States. However the Shipping charges may differ from the US. charges.
Savoninks.com does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges
or regulations for countries out of the United States. In addition, due to higher security, internaional & Canada shipments may be held in customs for more than the
normal period or may require further action by the recipient. Savoninks does not accept responsibility for lost
international packages.

against defects for 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, except as
expressly stated below. With respect to products sold on the Savoninks.com
site, except as expressly stated herein, Savoninks.com expressly
disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to
products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability for a
particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Savoninks.com
arising from any product sold on the Savoninks.com site shall be the price
of the product ordered. In no event shall Savoninks.com, its directors,
officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:
Savoninks.com will not accept anytime returns beyond the 30 days from
date of shipment of merchandise.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Before returning any item, you
must first contact our Customer Care department within 20 days from date of
shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. Send your
request via email to customerservice@Savoninks.com
All returns are subject to approval prior to the
issuance of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a Savoninks.com
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No RMA number is issued after 20
days from date of shipment. Please contact our Customer Care department for
complete information.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY: Before returning any item for repair,
replacement or refund, you must first contact our Customer Care department
within 30 days from date of shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. To send your request via email to customerservice@Savoninks.com
Customer Care will provide instructions on returning defective items. The RMA
number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of
the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and a copy of the
original order receipt or packing slip. Please allow up to 12 business days
after we receive your return for your repair, replacement or refund to be
processed.
RETURN PROCEDURE: Please refer to the following instructions when
sending your original item:
1. e-mail us at customerservice@Savoninks.com
for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number – the Return
Authorization form will be sent to you for completion. Please note, the return-to address may not be the same as the address
listed on your box. You will be given the proper return address when you
request your RMA.
2. All items must be in original condition with all warranty cards, manuals,
and accessories enclosed.
3. Remember to include your packing slip, the original Order Number, and the
product SKU number from the original order.
4. Include your shipping zip code.
5. Include your daytime phone number and email address.
6. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write on the
outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA
number is good for one item only and must match the product authorized for
return.
7. For non-defective products, return the merchandise to the address provided
to you by Customer Care with the RMA. Returns shipping must be prepaid and must
be sent via Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other delivery service,
which will provide you with a tracking number to confirm receipt of the
merchandise returned.
8. Once a tracking number is issued, please send us an e-mail to: customerservice@Savoninks.com
advising us of the return shipment. In order to expedite the processing of your
return, please include: Your Name, Product Name, Order Date, Order Number, RMA
Number, and Tracking Number.
9. For defective products only, a Savoninks.com Customer Care
representative will provide alternate instructions on merchandise return on a
case-by-case basis.
10. All returned merchandise must be received within ten (10) days of the RMA
number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or
complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Savoninks.com offers Standard 2 to 5 business days shipping . Savoninks.com team are doing their best in order to ship all orders
accepted before 12 noon
Pacific time on the same day. Savoninks.com currently does not ship on
Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery.
Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please note when placing your
order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside
the 48 continental United States cannot ship "standard" ground service
and/or may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote and/or rural
locations may require additional time for delivery.

tax as noted in the table below:
